Blackburn Rovers are reportedly set to miss out on one of their transfer targets ahead of the summer. Motherwell defender Declan Gallagher is a transfer target for Blackburn Rovers but the English Championship giants are set to miss out on him according to the report from the Daily Record.

It was reported that Gallagher is on the verge of signing for Scottish Premiership club Aberdeen on a free transfer. The experienced defender is expected to leave Motherwell at the end of his contract at the club this summer.
